Is your Care Home in need of Caring, Experienced and Trained Care Assistants?

We understand that it is sometimes inevitable that care homes will have to use agency staff either on a long term or short term basis to ensure safety of the individuals in their care and also to ease the pressure on existing staff. We aim to provide a professional service, building trusting relationships and supplying trained, competent staff to our clients.

We are able to supply staff to nursing /private residential care homes in Luton , Dunstable and surrounding areas of Bedfordshire.

Our Agency Staff will:

• Maintain confidentiality of all service users
• Treat everyone with dignity and respect
• Be caring and compassionate
• Be fully compliant and remain compliant throughout their employment
• Provide all aspects of personal care and assist with routine tasks of a busy care environment
•  Complete all mandatory training, including Moving & Handling, Safeguarding of Adults, First Aid, Basic Life Support, Health & Safety, Infection Control, Food Hygiene, Fire Safety, Dementia Awareness and Medication Administration.

Compliance

Compliance is essential and we will ensure that all staff meet the legal requirements;

• Right to Work in the UK
• Valid ID Documents
• Enhanced DBS
• Two references from previous employers
• All mandatory training certificates
